Refund policy

We make in very small numbers, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or is not the item you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. The delivery charge on a replacement is ours, not yours.
